iMagic Software has released version 5.31 of iMagic Inventory, adding the ability to record item weight during stock receiving and a set of new reports built around it.
Record weight during receiving
Receiving of stock can now include the weight received. Select Configure > Manual Receive Stock to turn on the option, and Inventory > Receive Stock will then let you record it.
Weight shown on invoices and delivery notes
Creating an invoice can now show the Item Category field in the order item list, and the Custom Delivery Note has been updated with new tags for item and total weight.
New Weight and Volume reports
This release adds new reports covering Weight and Volume by Warehouse and Received Date, by Location and Received Date, by Category, and by Item Sales.
A custom picking list
A new Custom Picking List option lets you use Word to create a custom layout for picking.
Windows 10 updates
The interface has been updated to meet Windows 10 requirements for the Receive Stock and Find Invoice screens, and the database has been updated to version 57.
Availability
Version 5.31 is available now to existing iMagic Inventory customers. From within the software, select Help > Check Web for Updates to install it.
