iMagic Software has released version 5.37 of iMagic Inventory, adding a custom QuickBooks export and a faster way to print custom invoices.
Export directly to QuickBooks
A new custom export for QuickBooks includes date range selection and the specific fields needed for QuickBooks integration, making it easier to keep your accounts up to date.
Print custom invoices without opening Word
Custom invoices can now be printed directly, without needing to open them in Microsoft Word first.
Better organized item groups
Item Groups now include descriptions, shown in the item group list for easier organization. Item Groups can also be grouped by a prefix when added to an invoice, making it clearer which group each item came from.
Availability
Version 5.37 is available now to existing iMagic Inventory customers. From within the software, select Help > Check Web for Updates to install it.
