iMagic Software has released version 5.61 of iMagic Inventory, adding a new import wizard for stock count adjustments and giving external staff a way to help with counts without a full login.
Import stock counts from a CSV file
Stock counts can now be carried out in another application and brought into iMagic Inventory through a standard CSV file import. The import supports Item ID, Item Location ID, Counted Stock Level and Counted By columns.
Assign external users to individual stock counts
An external user can now be assigned to individual stock count items without needing their own specific login, making it easier to bring in extra help for a count.
Security and stability
This release also updates the application’s code signing certificate to meet the latest Windows security requirements, along with general bug fixes and interface maintenance. The database has been updated to version 61.
Availability
Version 5.61 is available now to existing iMagic Inventory customers. From within the software, select Help > Check Web for Updates to install it.
