iMagic Software has released version 5.63 of iMagic Inventory, a maintenance update that renews security certificates, upgrades the Windows update feature and moves infrastructure behind the scenes.
Renewed security and a faster update check
iMagic Inventory is now signed with updated Windows security certificates, and the built-in Windows update feature has been upgraded to use the latest secure protocol.
Update support files moved to a new server
Update support files have moved to a new server, after some users were unable to access the previous one. Customers checking for updates will see no change in how it works, only updated infrastructure behind it.
Fixes
This release fixes a crash that could occur in the Customer Backorder search, along with other minor bug fixes and interface updates.
Availability
Version 5.63 is available now to existing iMagic Inventory customers. From within the software, select Help > Check Web for Updates to install it.
